Noah Bello, founder of Bello Pictures, was born and raised in San Diego, CA and currently resides in Fullerton, CA. He attended The University of Maryland and California State University Fullerton where he studied art, photography and film. After completing his Bachelors of Arts in Film and working for a variety of high end post-production facilities and multi-media companies, Noah founded Bello Pictures, now serving all of Southern California as a provider for the highest quality of wedding videography.
